Import submissions

Paste or choose the export produced from OJS. Nothing is written until you press Import — the rehearsal reports exactly what would change, against the same idempotency rules. Run the same file twice and the second run reports everything unchanged; re-export after correcting one paper and that paper is the only one reported as updated.
