Templates
Editing supersedes rather than overwrites: letters already sent keep the wording they were rendered from, and only what COS writes next changes. Placeholders look like {{recipient_name}}; preview names any that had no value.
Send a test
Renders a template and delivers it to one address you type, through the bound transport — the one thing dry run does not hold back, because a transport nobody has sent through is a transport nobody has tested.
